By accessing or using the Combat Unscripted website (combatunscripted.lk) or purchasing tickets,
submitting applications, or registering for our events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Tickets
- All ticket purchases are final. No refunds are
provided after purchase.
- In the event of cancellation by Combat Unscripted, full refunds will be issued within 7 business
days to the original payment method.
- In case of postponement, your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds may be
requested within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
- Tickets may not be resold or transferred without prior written consent from Combat Unscripted.
- A valid Order ID (or QR code if issued) must be presented at the venue entrance. No entry
without proof of purchase.
2. Athlete Applications
- Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or participation.
- All athletes must complete a medical declaration and may be required to undergo a medical
assessment.
- Combat Unscripted reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
- Selected athletes must complete the full 3-month fight camp as a condition of competing. Failure
to attend may result in disqualification.
- Athletes participate at their own risk and must sign a separate Athlete Agreement and waiver
before the event.
3. Fight Camp
- Enrollment is subject to availability and completion of the registration form.
- Camp fees, if applicable, will be communicated upon confirmation of enrollment.
- Participants train at their own risk. All training is supervised by qualified coaches.
- Combat Unscripted reserves the right to remove any participant from camp for safety or conduct
reasons.
4. Event Conduct
- All attendees must comply with venue rules and the instructions of event staff.
- Combat Unscripted reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue for
disruptive or dangerous behaviour without refund.
- No weapons, illegal substances, or outside food and beverage (where applicable by venue policy)
are permitted.
5. Photography & Media
By attending the event, you acknowledge that photographs, videos, or recordings may be taken during
the event. These may be used by Combat Unscripted for marketing, promotional, or social media
purposes without requirement to provide additional consent or compensation.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Combat Unscripted shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at or participation in any event,
or from use of our website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
